Endemol Shine Gaming

Endemol has been a household name in many countries around the globe due to creating and exporting some very successful TV show concepts such as Big Brother, The Big Money Drop and Deal or No Deal. Over the years it repeatedly changed owners which ended with the company entering in 2015 a joint venture with the Shine Group, 21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company and in the process taking up its name current name.

Following the merger, Endemol became the global leader in entertainment programming and the largest independent TV cross platform and digital production company in the world. The company produces its worldwide hits  via a global network of companies that spans 26 countries on five continents. They annually produce over 40,000 hours of programming from over 500 different shows in nearly 200 countries.

Endemol Shine Gaming is part of the group that is tasked to create online, land-based and social gaming content around some of the most popular TV brands and distribute them worldwide under licensing agreements. While they utilize in-house studios for the design of the games, they also employ outside contractors and use partnerships for distribution. SG Digital, Novomatic, Gamesys, Blueprint Gaming and Playtech are just a few of the most prominent collaborators who have released slots and games with brands names of Endemol Shine.

They are licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and are currently (August 2019) in the process of acquiring a licence from the MGA Malta. Their games are tested by UK labs to ensure they comply with all regulations. There most successful titles to date are the series of Deal or No Deal slots.

ESG is currently working on its own B2B platform called Playzido which is comparable to EveryMatrix or MT SecureTradeLimited. It will allow them to offer gaming content from a variety of providers with a single integration interface for casino operators.
