Lady Luck Games

Co-founded in 2019 by Mads V. Jørgensen, CEO, and Vadim Federov, CTO, Stockholm-based game studio Lady Luck Games is a collective of seasoned professionals with decades of combined experience in mobile gaming and game development. With star accolades in their respective fields, the Lady Luck Team includes Rasmus Guldbjerg-Kjær, Julian Borg-Barthet and Andrzej Mieszkowicz.

Lady Luck Games hit the ground running with a busy release schedule and found early success with titles such as Total Summer Bliss and Dragon Slayer. The studio focuses on high-end games with a striking lean towards entertaining players. Mads V. Jørgensen summarises the Lady Luck games approach on their website with this statement:

In May 2022, Lady Luck Games completed the acquisition of games developer ReelNRG in a takeover deal to the tune of SEK 8.25 million. London-based ReelNRG will continue to function as an independent brand and build on its catalogue of games which players can find in the UK and Europe under markets regulated by the UKGC and MGA.

Lady Luck Games CEO Mads V. Jørgensen summarised the acquisition with the following comment:

With another strategic acquisition, we are generating additional turnover through new revenue opportunities, which will lead to the development of our profitability”

Lady Luck Games has a broad reach and partners with numerous content platforms to provide its games, including Relax Gaming, White Hat Gaming, Microgaming, iSoftBet, BetConstruct and the distribution arm of EveryMatrix, SlotMatrix. In October 2022, Lady Luck Games increased its exposure further by partnering with IGT to promote its games with Norwegian operator Norsk Tipping.

Lady Luck Games CEO Mads V. Jørgensen celebrated the expansion with this statement:

Aiding Lady Luck Games in its rise in popularity, the Danish developer signed a licencing deal with Big Time Gaming to release its debut Megaways title, SpinJoy Society Megaways. The game is scheduled to land at the end of 2022 and will add a coveted Meagways title to the Lady Luck Games selection.

Big Time Gaming CEO Nik Robinson confirmed:

To which Lady Luck CEO Mads V. Jørgensen added:
