To be honest, for some reason I was waiting for something spectacular when Netent announced Butterfly Staxx 2. But all we got is a low-volatility drivel that will barely see players lifting an eyebrow. The game might be directed at recreational slotting folk but even they expect some sort of decent win potential. Visually, it looks good and the soundtrack gives it a magical feel, but turning the reels has nothing magical or surprising whatsoever.
