Tractor Beam is a video slot with five reels, three rows and 20 fixed pay lines. Wins are awarded for three to five matching symbols on a line from left to right only. Tractor Beam Slot Features

Throughout the gameplay, aliens are out to get material for the spaceship and they can only collect it from the reels. Accordingly, all features will have something to do with symbol removals or modifiers. There are two random features in the base game, that will provide extra win potential.

First is the Beam’Em Up feature, which can trigger randomly at the start of any spin. All royals will be removed from the reels and the spin completed with premiums, wilds and scatters only.

Similarly, Clone Attack will activate as well randomly at the start of a spin. The aliens will clone one animal symbol and send it back to the reels in stacks. One to four reels will appear with the stacked symbols on the current spin, significantly increasing the chances to hit a big win.

The aliens go into overdrive in the Abduction Free Spins where they will beam up symbols from the reels. Hit three, four or five scatters in one spin to trigger 7, 9 or 12 free spins respectively. All pay symbols appear on a separate display on the right of the game window. For each win, the specific symbol will be removed from the reels, gradually reducing the number of symbols in play. Scatters appearing on a free spin will award +1 free spin before they are removed. Wild symbols will always remain on the reels.

In total, you can have a maximum of 17 free spins and potentially only one pay symbol and wilds on the reels, guaranteeing a full screen on each of the remaining free spins. Wins for a full screen range from 120x to 300x your stake.

Final Verdict

Tractor Beam is not a spectacular slot, for that is is missing the “big bang”, maybe a win multiplier would have provided that. But it is a solid game with medium volatility and win potential. It won’t break your bank but neither pay for your country cottage. Overall, good fun in any slotting session.
