Great Rhino Megaways is a cascading video slot with six reels and up to eight rows as well as 324 to 200,704 ways to win. You can go on a reel safari on desktop, mobile and tablet from 0.20 to 100 credits per spin. The game has maximum volatility (5/5) with an RTP range between 96.48 – 96.58% depending on whether the Ante Bet is activated.

Thanks to the Megaways engine there are virtually unlimited combinations of rows and ways to win, which makes each spin a unique event. The number of ways is randomly determined at the start of a spin sequence by selecting between two and seven pay symbols all main reels. Additionally, the game has an extra reel at the top of the game window with four positions, extending from reel 2 to 5, where more symbols appear on every spin. Core to the gameplay is, of course, the Megaways reel mechanic with 324 – 200,704 ways to win and tumbling symbols. While you can score big wins purely because of the sheer amount of ways, the most potential to reach the cap of 20,000 times bet lingers in the bonus round. Having four gold coin scatters in view at the end of a spin sequence will trigger the Free Spins feature with four options to choose from.

It was only a matter of time for another game studio to jump onto the Megaways train and as it turned out it is Pragmatic Play. While Great Rhino Megaways delivers solid action, we are slightly disappointed that it is virtually a clone of an existing game. Nevertheless, it adds more choice for players, especially for those residing in countries where Blueprint Gaming and others are restricted. With a win potential of 20,000 times bet, it surely will find sufficient African safari fans to spin the reels.
