Aspire Global plc is a leading platform provider and operator for white label casinos under a variety of licences including the UKGC, MGA Malta and the Swedish Spelinspektionen. Founded in 2005, Aspire is providing its services to 60+ iGaming brands (February 2021) across 10+ jurisdictions including the USA.
Aspire Global was one of the early birds to foresee the explosive growth in online betting and gaming, long before smartphones came along and HTML5 was still a decade away. From their beginnings in 2005, they set out on a mission to offer the most comprehensive and robust solution for iGaming operators in the gambling industry. While that was not overly difficult as the online gaming market was still somewhat in its infancy and multi-platform casinos and betting sites were a rarity. Most of the market was controlled by a few big players who offered complete software packages as a download client that had all operations of a casino from the front to the backend included.
Nevertheless, Aspire Global remained on course to grow to one of the leading white label provider in the industry. Today, they base their services on four main pillars – Aspire Core, Managed Services, Game Aggregation and Sports Betting. Every operator can pick and choose from a wide range of solutions and services to built their own casino, sportsbook or a combination of both.
Aspire Core is as the name implies the core of any gaming site operation. It contains Front End Management such as site design and content creation, Campaign Management and Bonus Engine for promotional content, Payment and Risk Management, Content Management as well as Compliance and Security.
Managed Services includes customer support, CRM tools, financial services, fraud prevention, hosting services and network management.
Game Aggregation is a major part of their services as Aspire is acting as a game platform via its subsidiary Pariplay. Various developers are adding their slot and games to the platform and Pariplay integrates them at casino operators via a single link-up. Included are NetEnt, iSoftBet, Yggdrasil Gaming, Play’n GO, Blueprint Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Quickspin and more. Plus, Pariplay develops its own proprietary games.
Sports Betting is offered via Aspire’s BtoBet solution, a complete platform that offers sports events from countless markets, risk management and unique features such as ApireTip, AspirePredictor and AspireBattle to deliver a player-centric betting experience.
Undoubtedly, Aspire Global is one of the most successful platform providers worldwide, increasing its revenue in 2020 by roughly 18% and its EBITDA by 8.5%. The overall EBITDA margin remained stable at roughly 17.5%, one of the highest in the market. In 2020 alone, Aspire Global had nearly 500,000 new depositing players and scored equally well in the retention of existing clients.
The best-known casino brands operated on the platform as white label sites are CasinoLuck, TradaCasino, Mr. Play, and Next Casino. Some moved from other platforms such as Everymatrix who exited the UK market in 2019. In turn, TradaCasino was added after the acquisition of the Pariplay platform. All casinos feature a similar interface, almost matching bonus terms, identical cashout times and a common support centre.
