Euro Games Technology (EGT) might not be known as some of the big game suppliers but that does not mean they are not a powerhouse. Founded in 2002, the company has a reputation of being amongst the fastest growing companies in the global gaming industry. Their headquarters are in Sofia, Bulgaria and more than two dozen offices are spread in over 20 countries on four continents. Initially staying in the domestic market, their global expansion started in 2004 with their first international office in Bucharest, Romania. Since then EGT has established themselves in Europe, South and North America, African and Asia as an innovative supplier of gaming cabinets and systems, winning multiple prestigious awards.
It wasn’t until 2016, when they founded the EGT Interactive subsidiary to start their venture into the online and mobile gaming market. Having, missed the Flash era, their games were developed right from the start in the modern HTML5 format, making the implementation at online platforms a breeze. Nearly all their titles are available on all mobile devices, be on iOS or Android.
Today, the company’s activities include the development, production and distribution of a diverse range video slot games, gaming machines, jackpot systems, electronic roulettes, mobile play stations and a vast array of gaming accessories as well as mobile gaming platforms. Adding manufacturing plants in Africa and Asia as well as more capacity at their home site in Sofia, EGT has advanced to a truly global supplier.
The vast majority of their online slots are designed with five reels and 10, 20, 30 or 40 lines, with some going to 50, 81 and 100 lines. There are also a few outliers with 5 like Burning Hot or Zodiac Wheel as well as 1,024 ways such as Aloha Party. They have also a very strong field of localized and pooled jackpot slots, each featuring four progressive jackpots. Best example is Rise of Ra which sees regularly high 5-figure sums going to lucky winners. Their most prominent and popular regular video slots are to date Amazons’ Battle, 100 Cats, Secrets of Alchemy and Almighty Ramses I and II.
