Extra Reel and Reactive Wins

At the start of every spin, symbols drop from the top onto the six reels based on the random selection of reel positions. The Medusa Megaways Free Spins Feature

The free spins feature is the main attraction on the slot as NextGen went to great length to add reel modifiers and other surprising twists to the gameplay that will distinguish it from all other Megaways games. Final Verdict

We were hoping that Medusa Megaways would be spectacular as the other two games are huge player favourites. Releasing something below par would have massively disappointed the millions of fans of the Medusa I and II slots. But NextGen has gone all out and created a high-volatility monster that is a worthy equal to the eyes of the Medusa and comes with stunning graphics and huge win potential.
