BountyPop is number four in the PopWins series from AvatarUX, each featuring the distinct proprietary mechanic that expands the game window after wins are removed from the reels. While they share the same mechanic and much of the action, they do have ample differences to let them stand by their own. Reason enough to take a closer look as to what you can expect on this creation.

At the core of the gameplay is their proprietary PowWins reel mechanic where every spin sequence starts on the default 5×3 reel set with 486 ways to win. It is actually 243 ways but since wins are paid in both directions it amounts to the 486 ways. To score a winner and start a chain reaction, you will need to land minimum three matching symbols on adjacent reels starting from the left or the right.

All symbols in the combo/s will literally pop and disappear, only to be replaced by two new symbols in each vacated position, thus increasing the game grid and the number of win ways at every step. The process continues as long as new winning combos appear after a pop, gradually raising the grid to its maximum 5×6 format with 7,776 ways in the base game, which is doubled to 15,552 thanks to the pay-both-ways mechanic. Once fully expanded, popped symbols will be replaced by single symbols only as there is no need for further double symbols.

Opening up all reels to the maximum six rows within a single spin sequence in the main game will activate the Mystery Wheel with four levels – Base, Bronze, Silver and Gold – once the spin comes to an end. Each is divided into a number of segments with arrows and win multipliers. Land on the arrow and you will advance to the next wheel with enhanced multipliers, peaking at x10 in the main game.

Having three, four or five scatters in view at the end of a spin sequence will trigger 6, 9 and 12 Free Spins respectively. The Bonus Buy button is making a return, letting you skip the base game and head straight to the main event (restricted in some jurisdictions).
